New Year, New Hope.

Happy New Year everyone! Feels cliché to type this but what a year 2020 turned out to be for us all! And for those of us who have experienced loss or sadness during last year, our condolences to you. May you feel enlightenment or a sense of peace as time moves forward.
How did we feel about 2020?
Firstly, complete admiration towards the resilience of our team.
Spending a majority of their new roles in isolation the team managed to muster together and really continue to be productive. We achieved some great things, including the creation of a successful Microsoft Teams adoption game, becoming Crown Commercial Service providers, Global roll outs of Microsoft 365 remotely, creating a podcast channel, creation of a Simplify Social stream of our business with happy customers already and a first draft of a Change methodology book.
It’s fair to say that we ensured a successful lockdown all the same.
So what do we hope from 2021 ?
Whilst its challenging to truly create any solid goals for the new year with all the uncertainties we face as a world, at Simplify Change, we are all about embracing change. With that in mind, we would like to see our company grow this year into new unexplored areas of product adoption and working with more clients and partners who are ready and eager to embrace change.
As part of our increasing services we are also expanding the reach of our soon to be published book and moving this into a training program designed to be embraced by programmes looking to encourage and improve their inhouse project teams skills to improve adoptions and clients relations.
We’re naturally continuing to work with our partners on a range of business change management projects helping people adopt and adapt to new change.
Also we’ve been working on some innovative projects which hopefully we can share soon. Watch this space! We’re really looking forward to talking more about these projects!
