What’s included?
We offer our professionals to work internally as part of your internal teams as consultants, or if the project or programme justifies it we create teams of professionals who can deliver entire projects for you. The option is yours.
At Simplify Change we ensure that we only employ trained, experienced, change professionals. These professionals need to be certified in PROSCI, the BEE Methodology, or similar recognised business change management certifications.
Each professional needs to have worked on relevant projects that span a minimum of 3 years in duration, giving them the experience that is essential to be a well-rounded expert.
Each professional is vetted by one of the Simplify Change leadership team. Many of them have worked directly with Simplify Change ensuring the standard of delivery is high, and also ensuring that people work well as a team.
In addition to the consultant or consultants you select, you will also have a dedicated account manager to ensure any issues are resolved quickly.
We employ Business Change Managers, Change Analysts, Business Adoption Leads, Communication Specialists & Graphic Designers.
