The company are introducing Microsoft 365, an online platform to their teams. Due to business complexity, the organisation is considered immature in their change maturity.

The project involved the roll out of the Microsoft 365 suit across the business, this comprised of the adoption and reinforcement of 10 products within two different phases, a mass adoption of the community tools and a targeted adoption of the content and collaboration tools, together creating the Modern Digital Workplace.
