Announcing: IoD Advance workshop - Change Management in the era of remote working

We’re excited to announce we will be delivering this workshop for the Institute of Directors on 27 May 2020 from 13:00 - 14:00.

Synopsis:

Here is a little bit more about what we’ll be discussing:

“Most people really dislike change, and yet here we are.

Did you know most projects which fail don’t consider the people element, the most important component of any project?

By using the BEE Methodology this session will demonstrate how you can Build solid plans taking into account organisations cultures and practices, Excite people as what’s in it for them through marketing campaigns and online games like “Catch me if you can” and following this Equip people with the right support and training so they can hit the ground running.

Using the BEE Insights application, we will show how people can gain access to the Social Network of a company, in a free, straightforward approach which can be used to identify Champions, Connectors and Hubs, all of which are vital when planning changes.

This session will explore how you can get your company on-board and working together when rolling out a new system or process change in this era of full-time remote-working.

This session will be run by Zayn Blore, Advance Member and COO at Simplify Change Ltd, and Nicola Graham, MD of Simplify Change Ltd.
