PM Summit is becoming Ireland’s most inspirational, educational and vocational conference for multi-track project management professionals and industries. Nicola will be speaking on Applying the BEE Methodology in a project management context.

What will she be speaking about?

“Change Management in a Project Management context shouldn’t be complex, hard to understand or difficult for stakeholders to grasp. With business change it is essential that all participants can become change players facilitating change and helping a project to success.

The BEE Methodology provides a framework for this in a common sense, straight forward manner which allows all participants in projects to be empowered to take steps to change and fully change their behaviour to successfully adopt a new system or process.

Using two multinational companies as examples we will show how to apply the BEE Methodology to your project in easy to use steps, providing links and samples of all material you need to use this framework to massively improve the likelihood of success of your project.

Building, Exciting and Equipping companies for change is what we do. Let us show you how you can too. “
